Problem
Yoheltoy faced challenges with its digital presence:
The brand’s outdated online identity and inconsistent presentation weakened its impact. The website experienced high bounce rates and low user engagement, while the overall shopping experience lacked cohesion. In addition, the product catalog was difficult to navigate, causing customer confusion and resulting in lower conversions.
Solution
I led a complete redesign of Yoheltoy’s brand identity, website, and product experience.
This involved refreshing the logo, developing a consistent and playful visual language, and designing a user-friendly website with smooth, intuitive navigation. I also simplified the product browsing experience to make it easier for customers to explore, understand, and purchase Yoheltoy’s wooden puzzles with confidence.
Market Analysis
Through competitor analysis and user research, we uncovered key insights into the toy and puzzle market.
The research revealed customer pain points such as confusing product navigation and lack of engaging brand identity. These findings emphasized the need for a playful yet trustworthy brand image, along with a responsive, easy-to-navigate website. This guided our design approach, ensuring that Yoheltoy’s new branding and digital presence stood out in the competitive puzzle and toy industry.
Result
The redesign delivered measurable impact.
Within the first quarter after launch, user engagement increased by 35%, and conversion rates rose by 25%. The refreshed branding received highly positive feedback from both customers and partners, strengthening Yoheltoy’s position in the market as a creative, reliable, and engaging wooden puzzle brand.
