GenZ Coach Casestudy

Designed and developed a conversion-focused Framer website for Gen Z Coach, a UK-based leadership and training consultancy that helps enterprise organisations close the generational gap between senior managers and Gen Z employees. The project covered full UI/UX design, responsive web design, Framer development, CMS setup, and on-page SEO structure for a B2B consultancy targeting FTSE 100 and Fortune 500 clients.

Problem

Before this project, Gen Z Coach had the substance but not the shopfront. They were delivering work for serious enterprise clients, they had genuinely strong results and testimonials, and they had a sharp point of view on a real business problem. What they did not have was a website that made any of that obvious inside ten seconds.

The core problem was credibility transfer. Their reputation lived in rooms they had already been in, in the heads of clients they had already worked with, and in word of mouth referrals. None of it was visible to a new prospect landing cold from a Google search or a LinkedIn post. Their client logos, their impact numbers, their testimonials, and their professional accreditations were all real, but they were scattered across decks, proposals, and email threads rather than sitting on a page anyone could find.

The second problem was category clarity. Generational leadership training is a relatively young category, and most prospects do not arrive with a clear idea of what they are buying. A visitor needed to understand, quickly, what problem this solves, why it matters commercially rather than just culturally, and what a working engagement actually looks like. Without that, the site would generate curiosity but no qualified enquiries.

The third problem was conversion. There was no clear, repeated path to a discovery call. For a consultancy where the entire sales process starts with a conversation, that is a direct revenue leak. Every scroll depth needed an obvious next step.

Solution

The solve was structural: alternate between high energy and calm. The page opens on a full bleed orange gradient hero with a bold headline, team photography, and three benefit cards sitting right underneath. That is the energy hit. Immediately after, the page drops to clean white for the trusted by logo wall, letting six recognisable enterprise logos do the credibility work in total visual silence. That rhythm repeats all the way down the page. Saturated section, then neutral section, then saturated again. The orange stays impactful because it is never on screen for long.

The problem and solution blocks sit side by side in matching outlined containers directly after the logo wall. This was deliberate. It frames the entire offer in one glance before the visitor has to commit to any further scrolling, and it introduces their proprietary framing language early so the rest of the page has vocabulary to build on.

For the who we are section, I used two split cards pairing an icon and headline on the left with cut out photography on the right against a coloured blob shape. This gave the section personality and put real faces in front of the visitor early, which matters enormously for a people-led service business.

Challenges

The biggest design challenge was tone. This site needed to feel young, energetic, and culturally current, because that is the product. But it also needed to survive being opened on a screen in a boardroom next to logos like KFC, TEDx, Channel 4, and Hill Dickinson. Push too playful and the enterprise buyer discounts them. Push too corporate and they lose the exact differentiator that makes them worth hiring. Finding a visual language that held both was the central problem of the whole project.

The second challenge was content density. This is a consultancy with a lot to say: a problem thesis, a proprietary framework, four distinct service lines, six impact metrics, a large testimonial set, a video introduction, two separate lead capture paths, and an ongoing research and insights output. All of that needed to live on one page without turning into an endless scroll that nobody finishes. Every section had to earn its place and hand off cleanly to the next one.

Result

The client got a live, fully responsive website that matches their approved Figma design with a high degree of visual accuracy, while adding the real interactivity, working buttons, and smooth scroll behaviour that the static file never had. The hero section's floating cards, trusted-by logo bar, and testimonial module all hold together cleanly across desktop, tablet, and mobile rather than just at the single width the design was originally created at.

Because the build was done component by component rather than as one static page, the client can now update copy, swap logos, or adjust CTAs without needing a full redesign. The site is fast, loads cleanly, and is ready to be pointed at real ad traffic and organic sign-up flows for a B2B creator SaaS product where page performance directly affects conversion.
